Our story
Emils Construction grew out of a simple idea: most homeowners and small property owners don’t need a flashy remodel—they need solid, clean work that holds up over time and passes inspection the first time.
Over the years, we’ve built relationships with local inspectors, suppliers, and trades so we can keep projects on schedule and communicate clearly from the first walkthrough to final punch list.
Today, we focus on the spaces you use every single day—kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and exteriors—and make sure they’re comfortable, safe, and built the right way.
We’d rather leave you with framing, waterproofing, and finishes we’d trust in our own homes than cut corners for a faster photo.
